I found Natalie after I fired my first realtor for not following through in a timely manner. My first realtor was attached to a big firm. I thought I would have more luck with buying and selling. That back fired big time! So my search for a new realtor started. I was in a time crunch to find a home since I recently sold mine. Natalie was patient with me and was able to provide me with new listings with in minutes of them hitting the market to consider. She took time to indulge my whims and look at several homes that she probably knew wouldn’t work but was eager to walk me through anyways. She always took time to return emails, calls and text messages. Natalie rearranged schedules, took time away from family and other obligations to show me a new listing that popped up that wouldn’t be on the market for long. She knew what I wanted, what I liked and saw the potential in some of the homes my first realtor shied away from. With me it was always an adventure and Natalie went along with my adventures until I found the perfect fit! I not only came out of this relationship a new home owner but I also came out with a new friend. One I would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home in OH or KY.
